When creating or attempting records:

• All participants/guardians/parents/coaches are fully responsible for their own, or their child/student's safety and health;
• Participants under the age of 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent;
• World Got Talent Book of Records will not be held liable for any injuries, physical or mental, resulting from participation or submission.

5. Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Site without authorization, please send a written notice to our Copyright Agent with:

• A description of the copyrighted work;
• Details of the infringing material and its location on the Site;
• Your full contact information;
• A good faith statement of unauthorized use;
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Accounts & Community Use

• Only register with a valid, regularly used email address;
• Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content is strictly prohibited;
• Do not impersonate others or submit false information;
• Using multiple accounts to disrupt the Site or its community is forbidden;
• World Got Talent Book of Records reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its sole discretion.

10. Record Approval Policy

Only participants with exceptional and verified achievements will be approved by TWBR's Record Management Team for inclusion in the Annual Record E-Book of World Got Talent Book of Records.
